unable to log out of admin app

Once logged in to the Admin application, if a user clicks the Logout link on the upper right-hand side of the page, it returns the user to the Indicator Maintenance Selection List page, but it still shows that they are logged in (and they really are logged in because they can still make changes, etc).

UT is using Siteminder which is single signon solution that is handled before a request ever hits the IBIS applications. Since IBIS has NO control over login in UT's enviro the logout link has no ability to logout the user. For those users that have a db user auth this works. My recommendation is to remove the logout link in the admin app's header for UT.
