Indicator publish feature/button not working

On my local admin app, I can use the app to publish the org_unit.xml file. And I can use a URL to publish indicator content. But I can't use the Admin app to publish indicator content.

I submitted this URL:

http://localhost:8080/View2ADMIN_TEST/publish/indicator/SuicDeath.xml

And I got this response:

xml.  Indicator exists in the published profiles - removed.  
Published Indicator Profiles updated with indicator SuicDeath.

And the indicator is on the alphabetical index, with today’s publish date.

But when I try to publish the same indicator from the Admin app, I get the error message in the attached IndPubError?.png screenshot.

I do not see anything hitting my log files - in either case (publish with URL or publish attempt with Admin app).

I have replicated this with other indicators - can publish with URL but not with Admin app.

Also - the URL only works if I am logged in to the Admin app in another window. Otherwise, I get an error that says that I do not have authorization.

11/12/2010 - Lois - Ijust noticed that now the "publish all" button on the Admin app, Indicator List page is not working now. It was working in the previous release. Garth - I know you said you had not fixed these, yet. I'm just reporting, here, to document.

11/22/2010 - Lois - One more thing. I can use the "publish/indicator/" URL, but it seems that it does not update the published_profiles.xml file. ??

3/17/2011 - Lois tested publish and it is working. I published to the Admin app xml folder, which was not desirable.

5/3/2011 - Phone call with Garth yesterday - he said it has been changed to publish to the View app xml folder, now. But I haven't had a chance to test it, yet.
